Ordinary Things

To paraphrase Oswald Chambers- we all have what it takes in our own pride and human nature to handle a crisis, it is living the life of a saint 24/7 that we need the supernatural grace of God.  Often we think we have to do great things for God, but what is important is doing great in the everyday things of life. Being exceptional at folding the laundry, picking up another's trash, teaching a child, sharing a laugh or smile, help when someone is sick, or just doing your job.  Today, don't worry about one great big thing for God, just do the best at each small task He gives you and that will be all the praise and glory He desires!

Luke 10:34 NIV
34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.
